Does the apartment have a terrace?

We have a roof terrace on each of the two establishments, both at Conil Home Suite and at La Jábega Conil. We also serve breakfast on the latter during high season. The terraces are open and equipped with outdoor furniture so that you can use them during your stay for sunbathing, open-air suppers, relaxing, taking a shower to cool off (only at Conil Home Suite), etc.

Is there a window in the lodgings?

All of our accommodation options have a window or balcony. Most of the lodgings directly overlook the street, although the rooms at La Jábega Conil overlook the building’s central patio. At Conil Home Suite, all of the studios have floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the patio, and the Bright studios and apartments have windows on the outer façade of the building.

Does the apartment have a sea view?

Although we are close to the beach, you can’t see the sea directly from the apartment, but you can see it from the roof terrace at La Jábega Conil, which has a pretty view of El Palmar and Los Caños de Meca.

Do you have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Of course! At La Jábega, the Bougainville Room is adapted for people with reduced mobility, with an especially wide bathroom door, and at Conil Home Suite, the Kentia Apartment is fully equipped with a spacious shower and a washbasin with a special mirror.

Your stay

Do you admit pets? Mine is small and very well educated…

Sorry, the pets policy is very clear. We don’t admit pets, even if they are small.

At breakfast, do you have products for coeliacs? Do you have lactose-free milk?

Our breakfast service doesn’t forget about people with intolerances or allergies, and we are highly aware of the importance of this matter. It would be great if you could contact us directly in advance and let us know your needs and/or concerns. That’s the best way to enable us to adapt to you.


At what age do children start paying?

In general, children go free of charge up to the age of 2. After that, they pay a supplement of €10/day, only if they use the sofa bed.

Do I have to bring my child’s travel cot?

You don’t have to lug around your baby’s cot. We can provide one for you free of charge. Call or write to us when you make your booking and we will confirm availability. Of course, we’ll also provided the sheets.

I read that you can also provide a baby bath, which would be really useful. Is that true?

It is. We provide a baby bath to make bath time more comfortable for you.


Do we have to bring our own towels and sheets or do you provide them?

All of our apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including all bed linen, i.e. 100% cotton sheets, duvets and bath towels.

Can we use the terrace whenever we like?

Of course! The terraces of both buildings are open 24/7 and you can go up whenever you like. All we ask is that you respect the breakfast times in order to keep the service running smoothly.

Do you have pool towels?

We don’t have pool towels so far, but we can recommend some jobs where you can buy them.

Can you put a rollaway bed into the apartment?

Most of the apartments have a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. The rooms, however, only have sofa beds suitable for children (under the age of 11) and there is no room for a rollaway bed in the studios.

Do you have detergent and fabric conditioner so I can put on a wash?

In the laundry area at Conil Home Suite (in the basement), there is detergent and fabric conditioner for washing. At La Jábega Conil, each apartment gets a little kit containing a detergent tablet, pot scrubber, cloth and washing-up liquid.

Transport and parking

Can you park nearby? Do you have parking? How far is it from the apartments?

The two establishments are located in the centre of Conil, where there has been a tendency to increase parking meter areas over recent years. For your comfort, we have a limited number of private parking spaces that are very central and near the beach, at Calle San José no. 5. This is just next to Conil Home Suite and about 10 minutes on foot from La Jábega Conil. To drive from the La Jábega apartments to the parking spaces, you have to go right around the walking route, as some of the streets are pedestrian streets and others are one-way. We highly recommend that you book a parking space in advance, as we cannot guarantee there will be any available when you arrive. They cost €9.50 a day and you will have to pass by the apartments first have to collect a remote to open the garage door.

Do you provide an airport transfer?

Yes! We have partnered with another company to provide this service. You can email reservas@conilhome.com for a quote with no obligation attached.

Is there space in the street to stop the car and unload luggage?

In the case of Conil Home Suite, Calle San José gets narrower right at the apartments (where it turns right), so if you can find parking before turning, definitely park. It will only take you a minute to unload the luggage and find the accommodation. In the case of La Jábega Conil, we have applied to the Town Council for a permit to provide this service on the street but, until we get it, you can stop the car on either side of the street if you find a space. There are also a couple of Do Not Park signs to the right (just before and after the entrance to La Jábega) where you could stop for a few minutes. If you have already checked in online, it won’t take you more than two minutes to get in with your access code.


Are there supermarkets nearby?

There are local shops and supermarkets near both establishments, so it’s easy to pop out and buy whatever you need.

How far is the establishment from the beach? Can you walk to it?

Whether you’re staying at Conil Home Suite or at La Jábega Conil, you can walk to the beach easily. It will take you less than 10 minutes.

Bookings, Check-in and Check-out

Until when can I cancel my booking free of charge? Is there a pre-payment?

When you book with us directly, we take no pre-payment and you pay in full on arrival. The cancellation policy is as flexible as possible, so you can cancel your booking free of charge until 24 hours before planned arrival, except during high season (18 June to 18 September), when the free cancellation period will be until 5 days before planned arrival.

If I stay with you again, do I get a discount?

If this isn’t the first time you’re staying at Conil Home and you have booked directly with us, you get a guaranteed discount. Ask us for your code and make the most of the benefits.

We don’t know what time we are going to arrive. Who is going to give us the keys?

You don’t have to worry about that…  If you get here later than expected because you got on the road later than planned or because you decided to stop and have something to eat on the way, don’t worry. You can get in at whatever time suits you with your access code. Of course, if you have any issues getting in, we are contactable at all times, 24/7.

What do I do if I find better terms and conditions than I have for a booking that has already been confirmed?

These days, it’s very usual to see offers after making a booking (either through us directly or via agencies such as Booking.com) and see better prices or terms and conditions. The first thing to do is make sure that the dates of the stay and the services arranged are exactly the same.
